We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on promoting government services. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and executing marketing strategies to enhance our offerings within the public sector. This role requires a deep understanding of government processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote government services, driving business growth in line with company targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the public sector, including tenders, contracts, and government projects.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and interest in government services, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet the specific requirements of government clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
  • Stay updated on government regulations, policies, and trends that impact the services provided.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services and expand the company’s visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the government services sector.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and decision-makers.
  • Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
